I was trying to come up with a witty Russia joke but I felt that it was insensitive.
so on a lighter note, nice car and I'm jealous, so yeah keep being cool and doing cool things.

The most disappoitment part of my car was muffler. It made me feel myself uncomfortable, especially after photosets:

So I decided to change it with the muffler by Ulter (Poland).

After the installation it began to look like as:

Generally speaking I'm happy with the upgrade. I got new quite powerfull exhaust sound and nice look.

    OZ Wheels R17

My next wheel setup should be 3 peace wheels. Using this phrase I began to search the material for future work.
After several month of searching I bought OZ Pegasus (R17 8" + 9") with not suitable for BMW pcd 114.3

The most valuable part of this set was inner lip (7" front and 7.5" rear).
I decided to leave inner lips and to exchange centers:

on OZ Futura's ones with correct BMW pcd of 120
    Here they are:

My full rebuild I started from nuts and bolts. Here are some photos of process:

Next step was to decide the size of outer lips (and wheel's final widths).
I decided to make measurements using final fitment so I bought and installed camber plates for front and camber arms for rear.
Some explanation: I used wheel with 1" lip and marked a stick with tips for 2" (+1), 3" (+2) and 4"(+3) lips during measurement.

Here it is a process and result for front:

    and for rear:

as you can see, the outer lip for front will be 3" and outer lip for rear - 4".
So the final wheel's specs should be:
    Front: 7" + 3" = 10"
    Rear: 7.5" + 4" = 11.5"

I don't want to use any extra body works, my goal is to fit max wide wheels into stock (only rolled) fenders.

    Tires:
    Front: Hankook 215/40/17
    Rear: Continental 245/35/17

I would like to avoid problems in future with tire stretch, so I made premature stretch (for 2-3 month) using wood sticks

    to be continued...
