Nope, since after the fox body they've been v6 and v8. The fox bodies were v4 and v8 as you said though.

Luckily enough, my buddy has a twin turbo v6 one as well, and he happens to need a trans So that'll be sold quickly, and I'll have a new one as soon as I can find one.

Are you able to use the same length drive shaft with the correct trans?

I have to switch out the yoke, but I believe the cases and output shaft are the same size, yes. So here's hoping hahah.
