So while I await parts to arrive, since i'm stuck at standstill. Should I keep it a budget build? For Example, XXRs and racelands? Or Just sit and save for BC extreme low kit and Rotiforms. Not sure which way I want to go.

Front bumper is being a PIA. There are two hidden bolts/screws I can't seem to locate to get the damn thing off haha. On its way to my door are the following:
-Front bumper
-Grille
-Amber corner lights

Went to pick up the Hood and front bumper today. But, it ended up being the wrong year rather than the year stated in his craigslist ad. Little pissed about it but I still managed to come away with some parts. Alternator almost brand new and a starter. I have a line on another bumper so we will see where that goes.

Also. while searching Craigslist I found a front bumper and hood to start my front end upgrade from the one shown above to the one here below. Just waiting on a return phone call to pick it up.

I won't change it. Staying 5x100. Had a friend who own a Subaru Performance Shop stop by and take a look. Timing is set where it needs to be. But I have to get some other little things before i fire it up.
-Alternator
-battery
-Starter
-belt

I haven't touched the motor. I will dive in to it today. And for short term I'll probably end up with some sort of oem wheels or rotas due to them having a large variety of wide 5x100 wheels.

it's a solid list, have you tried turning the crank by hand?

in 5x100 I'd fit some of the sti bbs's or some adapters for another oem wheel before a set of cast rotiforms, my $.02
