Added an S4 steering wheel with Tip paddles this weekend. The Tip paddles now control my IQ3 buttons, instead of those ugly red buttons to the right there.

ROFL this just made my friday morning , Thanks. PS: your build is tits. My brother has the exact same car he wants to do a big turbo, GTrs but we are reluctant without replacing the rods .He read up on these AEB motors and i guess the rod is the weak link for going BT. Any thoughts / opinions on this matter? Big turbo on stock internals possible ?

He is right, AEB blocks came with forged pistons from the factory, but the rods are the weak point.

I always suggest to anyone thinking about going BTa4, either invest about 7k into it and go all out for high numbers. Or, pick up a used APR stage III setup for around 2k. APR Stage III is a direct 28rs bolt on kit that does not (require) internal modifications. It should put you somewhere around 300whp. Not much, but its what you get for the $$.
