Always liked the older rear wheel drive Japanese cars, can't wait to see how this turns out, hope you keep it at least somewhat tasteful.

Bought a Weber 32/36 and after installation, throttle response is SOO much better, my old carb was worse than I thought. Unfortunately, I don't have an EGR blockoff so my engine bay won't be clean for a bit. working on it though

Next after getting the blockoffs would be to get a set of headers and maybe a oil filter relocation kit, not sure on that yet.

got it legalized, restored salvage and registered with no emissions.

    replaced more stuff for suspension

sprayed my valve cover wrinkle black for a cleaner, simpler look

removed my exhaust and open header is way too damn loud, gonna get quotes on a straight pipe exhaust to prep for the boso.

next is I really need to get a weber to remove all that emissions mess.

Shit's booming right now on progress, been driving it to work for a few days, drives pretty good but need to tweak the AFR. Found out I had a lot of rust underneath my windshield and was quoted for a couple grand. Asked and got a company to come down, remove my windshield, turned out to be not as bad as they said, so I wire wheeled it and used Rustoleum Rust Reformer and in the windshield went.

I was suuuuper happy it looks so fresh. All thats left is to take a long drive to an inspection station and pass to get my restored salvage title. Emissions on the other hand, will have to wait. Once its all done and legalized, the REAL progress will start

hoping to drive it to work this weekend to get a feel for the sloppy old steering. still have to change my original brakes, a little harder than a typical brake job

Got a job about a month ago stocking at walmart so i could get this baby running, then find a better job in the field. Waiting for my tax return then it should be finished and on the road.

Got bored today and flushed out the cooling system, then flared my fenders a bit.
