sup dudes.
i was browsing skylines australia one night when a friend on there posted an advert directed at me, of an R32 GTST sedan in need of a bit of work.
i previously owned an all wheel drive 32 sedan and was pretty sad when i sold it, and then absolutely devastated when i found out the owner totaled it.
anywho, i joked around with my friend explaining what i would do with it etc.
in reality i am in no position to purchase another money pit, in fact my R34 is for sale.
but hey what happened?
it was infront of my house 2 weeks later.
pictures when i got it.

the car was imported to australia, god knows when. it is a 1989 with a factory sun roof, and originally automatic. so it is a very early example of an R32 sedan.
a little searching and i found out this thing came to australia with an RB26 and a GTR 5 speed to go with the GTR front panels that were already on it.
the tear down.
the car is rough. the stock RB20 was swapped in to get it registered in australia, and the intercooler piping used was very dodgy, as well as the interior being very tired.
the driver seat was a bride brix which was pretty much busted, and the rear seat was a GTR seat which really didnt fit. the only thing that did fit nicely was the GTR passenger seat
PICS!

planned modifications
engine- RB26DETT swap, standard freshen up
-5 turbos, PFC, nismo fuel pump + supporting mods to reach a reliable 300rwkw
suspension- the car already has tein adjustable coilovers from its drifter days as well as camber and toe arms so im just going to give them a clean.
interior- replace worn plastics, GTR driver seat, sedan rear seat, door trims and rear seat retrimed to match GTR seats.
exterior- GTR front end, BN blister GTR style rear fender copies( originals are discontinued) coupe tail light conversion, a fresh lick of paint, and repair the little bits of rust.
wheels- at the moment im leaning towards a set of 17" nismo LMGT1's
it will be hard finding something that will fill the GTR rear guards so i expect to have to re-barrel them.

thats all for now. just waiting on some more money to come through this week end so i can order the rear fenders. im doing body work and interior first and then the engine.
