I'm looking out for some AC Schnitzer / Hartge faces I can swap between the OZ Mitos when I get the lips built..

          • A half real update?!

Picked up some AC Schnitzer Type 1s for quite cheap. Plans remain the same regarding sizes but need to see how the sandwich faces affect the offsets. Fitted them for fun today and to play with new 24-105L lens. Typically it started to rain as I shot it, also I think one of the bolts must be too long as something is catching on the headshielding each side.

            17x9 ET-1 (After 20mm I think, presuming this offset) - 235/45/17
            17x10 ET-8 (After 28mm spacer) - 255/40/17

Meaty 4x4 status alert. Still waiting on the bags, end of the month fingers crossed! But pretty much, if I don't change these barrels and just add lip (~1 inch to each) these will sit similarly with 10/11, but leaves the option for 12 rear if cambered a little. I need to work out how much play these 'sport' arches have.

And why they were cheap, thank god I have spare lips! Whoever owned these before obviously didn't care.

            • Dang Broski, these are going to like perfection. you should paint the centers white/bronze or full polish

              • I'm thinking bronze, flat gold or copper. Depends on what I decide to do with interior. Polished is too much effort.

                  • IMO the OEM interiors of luxury cars are perfect. I just like it clean. the flat gold sounds good. the copper dip probably is a lil pricey

                    • It is grey leather though, and I **** grey leather. Dying it either cinnamon, or another saddle brown kinda colour, or a deep red.

                      If red > gold wheels
If other > copper wheels (when I say copper, I mean just a paint colour not proper dipped)

O ok that makes sense then. Yea, i grow to love all leather interiors honestly. I have a mint z31 with burgundy leather interior and i fell in love with it and the same with my 244's blue interior. It's just IMo anyway. I would love the copper color against the gray paint
