Thanks buddy I don't care either just get annoyed by lack of replys sometimes when the amount of work I put in.
Cars never been on 16s though it's always been on 17 s.

Update time

Been really busy at work hence not been updating or been on here much but stuff got done so lets go with sidelights first.***** the old oem orange colour bulbs and since ive binned the ccfls while back and this really bugged me as keen eyed people knew i lost the yellow main beam glass recently too.

so 6k white led 501 bulbs in with new 8k 35w hids as my old ones ahem died of being shit quality.not actually as blue in real life as pic suggest






rear springs changed to raceland ones-new are the red ones



raceland coilovers going on the red ones and blue tuning art ones coming off.dont care what anyone says about racelands imo they are really good and ride so much nicer than before and no bouncing.helper springs still in and at least 20-30 mm still to go till i reach bottom

oil change courtesy of kev cataclysm and stuart e36 loon-10w 40 castrol magnatec and new oil filter and kev checking for any faults via inpa...........cheers buddy:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup







Then this is where it gets fun and people said it couldnt and shouldnt be done and me being me again and dont give a fuck attitude i decided to fit 17cm components into the loon where std is 13 cm up front and like people in the know its no straight fit so lets go on with the pics

seats out to make access easier and out comes the angle grinder with stu at the helm and me ready in case of fire lol telling him what i wanted and cracking the whip:hihi:hihi:hihi:hihi:hihi






couldnt use my 17cm mdf rings as i wanted this as oem behind the grills as possible to keep it clean looking i was adamant to stu on this so a plan was formed and we cracked on as in pics above on passenger side









original hole needed serious work and i wanted it flush so the plan was as per pics use a rubber surround to stop air leakage through any potential gaps as only 3 screws could be used due to no room for a 4th no matter how hard we tried

drivers side pretty much the same angle grinder to it get busy and get that hole bigger till its fine.bonnet release arm had to be cut down due to it being too long and catching now so that got the going over and all good













Sorry havent got pic of drivers side cover on plus modded handle but basically it looks oem like passenger side.sounds awesome now much more clearer with better vocals and bass response now and used the focal tweeters instead of the edge ones i bought.......got some edge 240 w 17cm components for 20 notes in a clearance sale recently as i didnt wanna spend too much if i couldnt get 17cm ones to fit

And ride height is currently up and down like a bloody yo yo but im happy at the present height for now

Car got pretty banged up recently on a local road underneath so raised her until I get her on a ramp to fix it and save further damage .numberplate took a hit today by a pheasant in pics too lol
