This days i'm searching for an option with having to Reesleeve the block, so the 3 options were:

    - Block posting (don't have room for them on the block)
    - BLock Filler (it's a street car so.. i'll suffer too much on hot days)
    - Block Guard

I could search for one, so i'm building one myself. It's posible to know the exact Alloy of my block? need to make it from the same material as mine because of the thermal expansion...

For the moment i don't have problem with sleeves, but if the car starts to increase the pressure inside i'll need the guard to protecto the sleeves from cracking i think.

        Arrived today:

A little update on the build.

All seems to work like it should...

Here is the new piston kit from wiseco, had to change the old one to a oversized kit.

Head prepared for porting and polishing:

                New Valve seals:

                Block ready to assembly:

Measuring the ring Gap for the 1º and 2º rings:

Diference between the new M16A Main Bearings and the Old M15A Bearings.

Pistons and Rods installed, no need to work the block to get them inside:

Monster 0.7mm Gasket to rise the compresion ratio from 8:1 to 8.5:1

                Head Installed

                Adjusting the Valve Lash.

And finally the new ECU Standalone, it's and Hydra EMS Gamma ECU with a NTK Wideband and COOB Tuning Boost Controller (40psi+).

Now the only think that i need it's time to get it work...

                i'll update with the progress.

Latest updates on our Swift Project.

Here the engine done and ready to get it into the car:

He had some serious problems with the Hydra ECU and the OEM ECU. Finally we need to retain both to enable some functions on the car like the power Steering.

More updates: repaired the electric system and send the battery to the trunk. New fuses for future upgrades

Trying the new wheels, from BRAID:

Greddy Camber Shims installed also on the rear wheels.

Also send the GAZ GOld coilovers for refurbish to the factory in UK. 80.000km since i bought them, i'm really happy with the performance.

                        Fuses on the battery Tray:

                        Hydra ECU on the car.

New upgraded brake master cilinder: OEM is 22. This is 25

                          ECU inside the car

Another set of wheels. Racing Hart

Engine Ready to go in the car

                          New EBC Brake Discs

                          Engine on the car!!!

All studs and bolts new, to give the car and the engine bay a better look. And ready to start the engine.

Brake in Oil, coolant and aditives done.

Since we don't have a bypass on the brake fluid reservoir for the clutch we need another option, so we installed a Suzuki bike rear brake reservoir

                          All the wiring done.

Doing firsts test to the car and breaking in the engine to install the turbo kit:

                            More updates on the car!

Yeah! finaly passed the MOT here in Spain, 18 months later... but glad we finally got it right.

Last change on the brake in oil. 100km until first change. Next will be on 500km more. And them we'll change to synthetic 10w50.

When we lift the car to make the oil change we sport this:

One of the front shocks was firing oil inside the fender, so we had to send them back to factory for repair

                            New Suzuki Swift Sport Cluster

Here waiting new turbo setup, and see if we can get near 300Bhp goal

Here the Nissan T28 turbo inside the car.

Braid wheels and toyo R1R tyres

Installing the new big FMIC to suit the turbo

The car got a little more "laggy" with the new intercooler but it pusshes a lot more on hot days. Best of it its when night comes

New oil lines reinforced, for the Oil cooler. This is a MUST for every one....
                            Bye Bye leak Problems...

                            All the wiring done.

                            With Basemap. Looking good.
