From personal experience I would suggest you didn't remove any weld you dont need to. I cracked my wheels twice and my girl cracked her R32 oem wheels... Blend the inside for where the bead sits, I even left weld over the back of the lip since I was running stretch so the sidewall wouldn't touch it anyways. Also make sure you drill a hole at the end of the crack to stop it from traveling and grind a deep V the whole length of the crack.

Finally, got a friend to weld that cracked barrel. Filed down the outer weld by hand for perfection. Gonna get the inner weld thickened just to make sure it wont re-crack...

Finally swapped the rear springs. so small haha.



Got everything I need.


Black Forest Industries only sent me 130 nuts. Pissed. Had to use 10 of the shitty old ones for now.


Better safe than sorry! haha.


And of course I couldnt resist a rear test fit to see how much work I need to do.
ignore my wheel placement under my gas tank and my two pussy jacks... No fucks were given.
