w108 Mercedes Benz & e23 BMW content.

so I figured I'd finally start an actual "build thread" for my current project.
I've got a 1969 Mercedes 280s, she's sitting on fab'd stock suspension at the moment,
but Im planning on piecing together an air setup for it in the next month or so.

here are a few "recent" photos as she sat this past fall and currently...















I'll be uploading more pictures the more I get a chance to tinker on her.


although the Mercedes is the front burner project... I recently picked up a real solid e23 as a daily... which was a terrible idea,
I have already found myself wanting to spend all my money on it haha.







she's now sitting on lowering springs and Bilstein struts.
aside from the Mercedes, I really want to build either a coilover or air setup for the e23 badly,
but one step at time.

so I thought I'd start one thread for both cars since I'll be giving both of them A LOT of attention

built an exhaust today for the e23.
the previous owner has done a lot of unnecessary, ridiculous things to this car.
this is what I was dealing with under the car...



this was his idea of an "adapter" from the Y pipe to single pipe.
they are all screwed together, apparently the welds were later on to seal all the exhaust leaks haha,

tearing into the Mercedes some more tomorrow, so I'll have some updates on her as well!

push button start, and a bunch of other things I want to put back to stock :/

duudee, I can't even put into words how much I love your car, I have so many photos of it from when the previous owner had it. seriously another one of my favorite cars haha.

not a ton, but starting to piece together an air setup in the next few weeks hopefully!
she'll be rolling to a couple northeast shows in April static Im assuming, just because of finances haha.
