So...tires came in! wheels will be mounted monday when i have a day off.
but today when it was slow at work, i cleaned and painted a grill i got form the junkyard along with the VW emblem, didnt like the chrome with the rest of the car so i went for a aluminum like finish . also i got the corner lights on after cleaning up a pair i got from the same junkyard
new update monday after wheels are on@DollaDollaDill

So update.
The tires are on, rearsare mounted, firment came out alright, but i need to add probably 2* of camber and it will be perfect.
The fronts are where the problem lies, i measured twice like im supposed to, but there are now two issues, the faces of the steelies dont clear the calipers so atleast 15mm spacers are needed, which ends up poking them out around 2" , it looks really bad and i dont have a picture because i was really annoyed after i finally finished. So the question is, do i sell this set of steelies and buy some new/different wheels or do i just order a new set of fronts and end up with 6 wheels....advice is welcomed.@DollaDollaDill

That's too bad about the fronts.. I think you should stick with steelies either way though. They look amazing on B4's!

this has come a very long way. I love every thing about this. Just one question What type of measuring is involved for the widening of the fender or does your body guy eyeball it and just kinda tailor them around the shape of the wheel ?

so update. we shore did get the fronts on! ended up with around 3degrees more or less of camber by taking the top strut bolt back about a 1/2 inch. this is the result, new tires have already been ordered along with new chrome lug bolts and bearing caps for the rears. rear camber will be adjusted on monday most likely.anyways, on to the pictures,
and the future stretch, should be able to lay it down and drive with a decently low ride height
