Alright, enough with all this random buildlessness! This is really the only thing I've gotten done, considering I'm saving for my rims and coilovers! ....So this is what I got. Back in October, there was the regular annual "Burn the Point" rally in my town. It's mostly classic American cars. I saw this car and I thought it would be really cool to do my car in a similar way. I started off small. I'll be doing my doors in a little while, but anyways...take a look at some pretty pictures
^Here's the car that inspired me^
So I went around to the 4 huge fabric stores that we have in town here until I found this fabric which I liked the most for some reason
^The shift boot was pretty simple...I just cut 4 triangle out, sewed them together and put it in the car...simple!!! The ebrake was just as simple...the only complication is that you have to remove the plastic ebrake cover.
If you plan on slamming that Miata, make sure to raise the engine in order to save your oil pan.
It's real easy to do, only a few bucks and modification to the engine mounts.
Oh, and get something to protect your diff. A lot of people have dropped diffs on the road because they hit it too hard on something....
I'm broke and in high school...I've been job hunting for weeks! and I think I might be a bag boy at albertsons! nerthin wrong with that!....I got bored over the weekend so I did two minor things...here you are!
This is the simple bracket I made
Then this!
Have a nice day!
