    Well, at the moment I'm studying, but last year I had a gap year. The first 8 months of it were spent working at a BMW garage, fixing up all the damaged cars. I learned all the basics of working with cars. after I was done, I started working at a little garage with alfa romeo's. That's the same place where the grey coupé from my father was build, and where I fixed up my car!
    before all of that, I was working on mopeds since I was about 12, and I have been busy with RC cars for very long..

    oh yeah, and I always liked dirty hands, so I screwed open everything I could find!

    knowing how to repair cars >> knowing how to drive them.

    Just curious what's your daily grind that got you into fixing cars before you could drive them?

    have been driving around mostly, got my license, drove 2200 kilometers in just over a month, in which I was away for over 2 weeks..

    grey car is my father's, this was just after we chased each other at very illegal speeds.. 8)

    well, time for a (little) update;
    car now looks like this:

    and in few days I'll be adding a little bit of this:

    I found some 4x108 bbs CH's, that will probably fit my car.. otherwise I'll make 'em fit!

    Time for a small update, got some new parts for the car, including the original interior, chrome frames for under the doors & for the hood, new blinkers and a new steering wheel! new chrome bumpers & new carpets are laying at a friends, so I have to pick them up this weekend!
    Besides that, it was seriously time to give her a little bath, and it's about time to polish her.. that's why there seems to be such a huge color difference between the front and the back!

    no wonder they kept up with the 2002's and 510's in the 70,71,72 Trans am 2.5 championship races

    Didn't really have time to do much else on it lately, have been working on the z to much..
    did get these chrome strips for the sides

    got some new stickers

    and got new wheels for nearly nothing, so these gonna stay mounted for now. think I'll paint the center gunmetal & polish the lips

    and I managed to get hold of the original interior from the car, which I really like!
