Hey look I don't **** your car or anything, I like some of it, and don't like other parts of it. over all keep going it will get better!

but talking crap to forum members, and calling everyone ****** after you rust your hood, and ruin an awesome paintjob, is just asking to have no friends. *cue picture of integra build shitty car call everyone ******.

I think that you've essentially ruined this car. Still has a long way to go, man.

Looks like 99% of the "modded" VW's I see around here.
Chalkboard, rust, bike rack, cut springs, fake wheels. Take some pride in your car. And that picnic table ontop of your car looks sweet in that last picture.

I realize I'm a bit late, but I will gladly explain how you have ruined this car. First of all, the golf front end is not a favorable swap, as they do not share the same sleekness that belongs on the Jetta. Second, the chalkboard idea is cool, but doesn't belong on this car. The car can't be a rat rod (i.e. chalkboard hood) and clean at the same time. Pick one. Third, those wheels are horrid, they do not at all belong on this car. Fourth, rattle canning a car is never cool. Save your money and get it painted right. Or better yet, sell this to a true VW enthusiast and let them bring it back from the dead.

While I realize that this is your car, and you are entitled to do whatever you please with it, you asked for an explanation, and I felt you deserved one.
