I was rolling around in this:







but I really always wanted a mk2 golf/gti... so I sold the passat and picked up a completely stock 1985 golf



Besides being stock 4x4 ride height, the shocks were completely blown and bouncing around everywhere quickly became annoying. So I picked up a set of Raceland Ultimos.



I have a real bad photo somewhere of the car dropped on the stock 13's, but its not worth looking for it.

So the next step was some shoes. I saw JDMillhouse's mk2 coupe on vortex on rota shakotan's and fell in love. It took a while, but I finally landed myself a set. As well as some extended gold lug nuts.





Some 165/50 federal fd1 tires later and they were on the car. Oh, and some thicker door trim pieces.

Nothing too major. The roof looks horrible and the rear drivers side flare has 3 dents that are pretty bad(pictures hide them pretty good ) So some dent repair and paint is in the future. I just put the other week a TT 2.25" aluminized borla cat back on. And than I have a raceland header sitting in my living room. Im gonna make(or find) a test pipe to delete the cat and put that on w/ the header in the near future. Other than that.. I think I might be getting a steering wheel for my birthday in january.

Real big plans/dreams: aba turbo and air ride... and a few other sets of wheels.

You completely sold me on those wheels. I was thinking about finding a set for my new mk2 gti, but wasn't sure how they'd look. They look amazing!

I have since acquired a Nardi suede steering wheel with nrg quick release setup, and a shift knob from 9k racing.. both seen here


And just the other day I picked up some fender flares from 2 local pick-n-pulls
