    Progress

Parts are being prepared for painting.
Used sandblaster to remove rust from doors. Wash primer and primer applied.

what suspension are you running in the front? e36?

to get the wheel to line up in the center of the wheel arches, you must use the +97 ///M kingpins, swing arms and offset bushings. all of these items will get your caster to around 13ish (were you want it to be) and in the center of the wheel arch.

    Good luck with the project.

    Mods so far

First job on the list was to patch up some rust holes.
So I had to learn how to weld.
Next up 5 bolts conversion, almost done. Found out that it is not that easy, couse front wheels are sitting way back in the wheel arches.
Engine - nothing big, an 1.8is from bmw compact.

    The idea

I will try to make it as clean and oem as posible, but not as an resturation project. A little drop and some wide steelies for starters.

    The story

When I was 17 I bought an 1986 BMW e30 316. There were so many rust holes in the body, that there was no use to restore it. So as I turned 18 I got this 1989 e30 body.
