I love the frontbumper and the wheels.

Smaller tyres would make a huge different, and you have to get rid of the huge exhaust man

Cheers man, It still needs a load of work on it, the bumper needs to be tidied up and done properly really (when I get my ass into gear) and I am after some new front wings and bonnet (as they have been home sprayed by the previous owner-badly!), I am contemplating chucking some money into the engine, going for a d16z6 and possibly super charging it.

Yes, you did see red paint on the drums (I can gladly say this was not myself, thankfully the new rims hide this).

Yeah, I'm looking for something with a 2.5 or 3 inch tip to be honest, that thing is atrocious and I'll be going for some smaller tyres when I've scrubbed the hell out of these.

It's nice to see some love for the bumper as all the Honda/Jap forums **** it, I personally have grown to like it.

            Cheers for the comments

Long time since I've been on here. Lot of talk about the bumper when I was last on...... I'll get to that soon enough.

First off, the head gasket went but I got it sorted and back rolling. In the meantime, I was scouring for parts to freshen it up........

This included front wings, new tailgate (JDM of course), BUMPER!!!! coil overs and a few other things.

Let's start with the simple things:

I needed more HP from the engine so a simple mod I found was this:

Fuck knows what it adds, but it's Mugen so it must be a lot!

              and a strut brace

I inserted the new wings (the old ones were badly painted)

note the difference in colour (more of that to come )

Then got my JDM on with the tailgate (this scores massive points in the Honda scene)

              note another shade of red

Front bumper........ Marmite, ****, love....... I didn't mind it until I found this

So I ripped off the old bumper and inserted it into place

(look at the tools used, hammer and saw, all you need to deal with a bodge job!)

Still to come are carbon Spoon mirrors, rear arch replacement panels and coilovers for even more lowness (oh and thinner tyres ) and also to get the car one shade of red and not 3.......

                Huzzar, I has spoons!

                And on the car

Only thing now............... It really needs an OEM carbon bonnet and Spoon carbon spoiler

It looks better with the new bumper on it IMO. It looks real good so far, keep up the good work.

Looking good! Didn't mind the original bumper, but the new one looks great. Not usually a fan of carbon purely for looks, but those mirrors are sexy
