As for testing in the US, they're approved to SAE J2530 standards.

This is looking great! Can't wait to see this with the wheels mounted.
You've gotten more work done that I have on my project. Too bad it's raining today!

Fucking read before you post jackass remarks. This forum was not created for a bunch of assholes... Either quit acting like infants or GTFO and go back to wherever you originally came from.

My buddy's starting my mild deep dish grill and new front lip project. The sacrificial front bumper gets to his place in the next few days, and I'm shipping my factory grill out to him tomorrow. I'll post up some pics as things progress.
The grill surround will be colormatched, the Chrysler wing will remain brushed, and the chrome accents on the fog surrounds will be blacked out. Here's a before picture so you can get an idea of what we'll be doing.
And a pic of the front end disassembled with just the grill surround. The grill will need about an inch of material added to the back of it to flush it with the back of the opening in the bumper, and studs will then be added to allow for the attachment of the mesh.

Everything's finally coming together. The grill's done and on it's way, as are the wheels. The front lip still needs to be completed, but we're not too far off.
Outer barrels when they got to the plater:
Mocked up, getting ready to ship in a few days:
