Also, could you tell me the name of the new color? I've got a 525 e12 and if I won't go to respray with the bronze it is now, I'm definitely adding this to my short list of choices.
(Only green I've seen on e12 so far is the "mintgrün" that my 520 originally had, but it is now metallic blue..)

So i did not post anything about the car recently, because it's rolled well, without any problem. Except one, my engine is smoking blue when i accelerate after engine braking, so it could be a valve seal problem. I think the piston rings are in good condition, because i measured the compression, and it was like 13.5 BAR in the first five cylinders, and 12.8 in the sixth.
Anyway, a friend of mine is always wanted to buy my engine, we made a deal, we will replace his engine with this after some repair.
And for me, i bought a freshly assembled M30B35. It was a M30B30 from a really early E32, so the holes for the motor mounts are good for the shark motor mounts. The engine is bored to the high compression M535i pistons, M535 head with double spring valves, the lightest flywheel, lucas injectors, conny chip optimized for the higher compression, and everything is in the best shape.
At the same time the car is getting a LSD with the ratio of 3.64(now it's 3.91), and a e34 brake upgrade for the rear, and E32 750i 324mm brakes for the front.
I cleaned the engine bay, the brake lines, the steering gear, the front axle support, and everything else. Then i mounted the factory m30 expansion tank console, and painted the engine bay to the car's colour. And i put back the sound insulation too.
After that i put everything back to it's place after some cleaning. The master brake cylinder is the biggest one.
And i bandaged all of the cables to one loom, it is much more nicer than before.
