so what's the reason for having the tops of the tires tilted inward so much? forgive the question that may seem silly- I joined to see the crazy hack lowering job after seeing it on Jalopnik

I'm guessing you're talking about negative camber?
It helps with getting lower and other functions as well

yeah, something we don't have in the world of BIG trucks. what other functions? From what I learned in school, I always thought it could cause excessive wear on the inside of the tires. and with the tire inside the fender, wouldn't it rub when cornering?

Well don't big trucks use up 4x as much gas as that Civic does? Seems a little pointless to me to spend that much money on gas just to have a "BIG truck". The same way I see you spending every dime you have on gas, is the same way you see our cambered wheels.

Wow car looks dope, definitely sold me on those wheels. Just picked up an em2 myself. How do you like the Rokkors? Thinking about getting a set.

**** them. Should have gotten progress coils. The only thing I like about them is strut design and strut height.

where did I say how I 'see' cambered wheels?? I merely asked the reason for it, as I was curious. BTW- my big truck doesn't use gas- it uses DIESEL. If you READ my username, you'd see I drive a semi- you know, those large vehicles that deliver freight?? Nowhere was I comparing my truck to a civic- it's apples and oranges

typical of all these 'tuner car' forums- ask a simple question and get STUPID answers

Paint the door and the lip and this will be one seriously badass Honda.
