Because i wanted to keep this one...whats the fun in just buying a "new one?" As mentioned earlier this car is special to me, has a lot of sentimental value. I wouldn't buy a new one unless i absolutely had to.

I can appreciate that you have dedication to the car, and it shows. Anybody else (like suggested) would've just wadded the car up and bought a new one.
