  • More pics of my widebody Teggy

    Sorry for creating another thread guys & phone pics, I will update this thread as I progress through my project...

    Anyways finally got the rear suspension dialed in, front colis are not installed yet and obviously car is not done yet, i.e. body & paint right now in crappy primer mode lol. Can't decide what color to paint, caught up between black, graphite & or skyline purple like the TL (lp2).

    Here is a list of what has been doen so far;

    Energy suspension master poly bushing kit > was a bitch to replace oe bushings
    F7 rear control arms
    ASR brace with large sway bar
    Currently on megan racing colis will be replaced with GC
    Type R rear & front top sway bars
    Ultra racing body stiffening bars
    Bogard Racing 17x9 et19 (front) falken 215/40 & 17x11 (rear) et0 falken 245/40
    JDM front
    Complete Bride interior, ie. headliner, door cards, seats

    What's on the list' hopefully;

    Engine swap boosted
    Carbonfiber roof replacement
    Thinking about carbon hood, doors & trunk
    Type R 5 bolt conversion & arms (yes I know my wheels are 4x100, got a good deal on them and will have them filled & 5 bolt converted)
    Big brakes

    Here are the pictures...

    Does not look like a widebody to me looks like bolt on flare, and pulled fenders.
    "on our way back i hit a bump and both of the springs slip off of their seats and slashed both of my front tires."

    If your not doing this, your doing it wrong.

      Not so much a widebody... but I'm liking the direction.

            Not arguing just wanting further clarification. As we all know that the E46 M3 came with wider flares if you really want to get into stats and hence it being referred to as a widebody. So here is the confusion, by adding flares on my DC in order to widen it to fit the wider wheels, it's not a widebody? I don't really care honestly, just curious...

              In general, people refer to something as "widebody" when the entire side panels are widened, not just the wheel arches. Fender flares are... well, flares over the arches.
              The choice of words doesn't really matter though, I think this will look killer with some paint!

                  Intredasting...

                  The rear actually looks pretty neat with the flare. The front pull looks pretty rough though, any plans to add a flare to match the rear?

                    Front still needs to be worked on, it's not done yet.

                          This.

                          You do know that SN95 Mustangs have the same track width and wheelbase as a DC Integra, right? I havea '95 Cobra shell laying around for just that purpose

                          I'm liking where this is going honestly. In for progress.
