Good tip bryan.do you guys have a machine to check if a driveshaft balances out? I gotta do everything in one pop and don't want to be messing around swapping in bad parts...

Hey, have any interest in a set of euro staggered headlights/buckets/grilles for this bad boy? A good friend has a set for sale. Would really go well with the rest of the euro conversion you are doing. LMK

For sure. That is a must. First, I am taking care of maintenance, body aesthetics, and mechanical modifications.

Lol, yep, it's a project car so there is no use at the moment sitting on expensive wheels in the air. Wheels are being built....couple more weeks from MemoryFab. im in the peninsula area.

appreciate the thought Kent. as mentioned above, i have wheels being built. looking forward to see some more lip on those nardis. unfortunately, you cant use the grill either. i saw pics and its for a sharknose e23. wish mine was. that is my favorite look. maybe down the road i will do a conversion.

as long as this thread was bumped, i might as well show some progress pics. its been raining every weekend here, so its been hard to get work done since i work outside. for anyone who was wondering how high the suspension can get, you can see here how low they droop. thats how high they can get fully air'ed up on the ground.

                              catback removed.

                              flex disk removed

                              center bearing needs removal

                              disconnect d-shaft at diff

disconnect trans cooler lines, drained fluid, disconnected torque converter from flywheel, disconnected throttle cable, and removed trans crossmember. remember to mark location of speed sensors.

last look at this auto in place.

the car has a sigh of relief.

automatic parts for sale. 149k original miles, very good condition. shifts perfectly. oil changed at 60k intervals.
