i went and fitted the bonnet up and put all the mouldings back on and the glass in....











and then......


fitted the bumpers... and everything else...... and got it delivered home... on THIS!

Not sure about the shaved hood to be honest...washer jets removed okay but i think i would have kept the badge...

Bonnets painted.....

BMW Badge removed and recess has had a plate welded and filled... also... the washer jets have been welded and smoothed.....

Mhh..what about a subtle green for the centers of said RCs? Maybe something like the Hummer H2 Sage Green with a lil bit of gold/bronze/copper/whatever pearl added? Gotta say i like candy/popping colors on wheels but its been done so much in the last two or three years...

I think Laguna Seca Blue would look awesome, love that color. Ever thought about Phoenix Yellow (E46 M3 color too)?

yeah, im not just gonna copy it... like i say.. i work in a paintshop. so i have a pick of the bunch when it comes to custom colours or special finishes... i'll probably just make something cool up

the 18's are CSL replicas they came on the car when i purchased it the first time around...

i do currently have a set of BBS RC041/042... 17x7.5J fronts and 17x8.5J rears.... 2 peice splits in my garage.... but the REALLY need a refurb... they are mullered... i'll get pics up soon... i got them for a bargain price of £50
