I can't even imagine how much you would charge for one of those manifolds.

Each runner sees two passes, so yes there's quite a bit offtime into each of these. Each runner on the pie-cut 13B manifold above took approx. 6 hours.

We do not... that's quite a compliment as they may be considered the current standard for turbo/exhaust manifolds

Probably surprisingly less than you think, and less than we should. Usually pretty flexible too as we do this because we truly love it, rather than to make a buck.

As are we! It's been two years now of nothing but body work... Every now and then we'll take the car out for a spin without any doors, hood, fenders... she'll be back together and on the road soon. Fingers crossed.

Man, I miss building stuff in SolidWorks. It's such a fun program to use once you figure it all out. Keep up the good work.

Switching gears from the Z and back over to the 7...
We finished up the downpipe for the new setup this evening, going with a fully polished finish vs. raw welds for this one. The 7 may recieve the full polish treatment in the end... we'll see. We electro-polish in house, however we rarely use it on our own parts.

Downpipe is 5" reducing down to 4", with a 6.5" degree taper, also hand fabricated.

                            Welded up...
