Is it going down on a trailer or are you scraping you're way to the event?
K, I guess I'll post up a real update, I dropped off an entire truck bed full of stuff to be powdercoated last week. It's a race against time for the Fitted meet this Saturday and I feel horribly sick yesterday and today.
Part of my Michigan trip this weekend was a parts recon adventure. I picked up a pair of Corbeau fixed backs. Love them. They're SUPER light and sit SUPER low. Exactly what I was looking for in a seat. Also picked up a new short hub and quick release for the car (since I devoted the other ones to the S10 and refuse to switch back to a stock wheel).
In Scott's Audi

Sitting on the floor, note that the harness bar brackets are above the shoulder restraints. These things sit LOW. Brackets won't be an issue to keep these babies low. Happy.

Stole the Nardi from the truck for a photo-op.

Pretty happy with how the interior is coming together (even though it looks like it's in shambles).

Completely agree. I drove with it in the car last year. It doesn't suit the car at all but I have yet to find a replacement that just feels better. I'll likely wind up using the Nardi to drive with and have a replacement for shows, etc.Originally posted by Nagah View PostThe Nardi just does not fit in. Good that it's only for the photo-op.
I was in Michigan breaking my truck. HA!Originally posted by aLaFleur View PostI expected to come back from sowo to see a finished car on here... What the hell were you doing while I was off having fun? Slacker...
Hell yeah, man. I'd do it again (and intend on it) in a heartbeat.Originally posted by M.Doban View PostI didn't know you drove this car 15 hours to get to h2o! Sheesh, I figured you trailered it. You are the man.

Worked on it for a while tonight, been finishing welding up the inside of right side wheel well tonight, plating it and whatnot. Nothing excited to look at.
I've also slowly been bringing home all my valuable, "finished" parts for safe keeping. Living at home and having my sister moved out a few months ago proves to create ample safe-keeping room.

Does my dash clash with the wallpaper?

That shits a nightmare, despite the relative similarity in colors the carpet and the walls clash so hard it will send your average metrosexual coked out interior designer into an emotional tailspin.Originally posted by Randomofodication View PostDat carpet, its out of control, for serious.
