Stupid... certain areas are like that though, Rolling Ghettos enjoys giving exhaust tickets. The weird thing, is the North Shore where I live and all the old people eating boiled goose are, they don't care about loud exhausts, NEVER had any trouble with a cop over car modifications at all.

I have had cops look at my car all the time, no one has said a thing. They pulled me over b/c it was 2am and they were hoping to get me with a DUI because I was driving slow. When they realized I was 100% sober they decided to be nit-picky and attempt to nail me with anything and everything. Little do they know they were wrong in everything they ticketed me for.

i got pulled over in my car they said i was racing because a focus with w big wing on it was beside me around my town and i was just getting up to the speed limit " 50 to 55 mph in 4th gear getting ready to go to 5th" and they yanked me out of my car and searched me and my car........ found nothing then asked me why i was racing i said " i was not racing sir" and i quote the officer on this "so your going to lie right to my face" then gave me 4 tickets worth over a grand in fines and one charge holding 1 to 2 years in jail and after that i would have taken my operators for another year............. showed up to court and the judge looked at the officer and asked him why he wasted her time for writing tickets for things he could not prove with out a doubt with evidence that was undisputed......

best thing to do right there..... i **** that cops can have such a good word when some of then abuse this job and the power they are given just to see that we that have a passion that they think is dumb will get harassed every where we go

Shit happens. But bodywork is nothing to sweat over. It'll all get fixed this winter as the car might be in the body shop the majority of the time getting some work done for next season.

It's been a while. Received a pair of 3.5" lips from CCW today. Got around to disassembling and reassembling the wheels. Going to try and get the tires mounted tomorrow and then run everything until I feel like putting on my winter wheels. Pics sometime this week.

Yes sir.

1. Tires were not behind white line when coming to a stop at a stoplight. (there was no way for him to see this as he was 25yards behind me)
2. Car too low
3. Tires unsafe
4. Wheels too wide
5. No front plate
6. Window tints
7. Aftermarket exhaust
8. Fender touches tire
9. Taillights have been paint overlayed (but it doesn't effect the brightness)
10. Unable to turn wheels lock-to-lock


Holy fuck am I pissed. Cop was talking out his ass trying to give me as many tickets as possible. I was the ONLY car on the road (230am). He asked me why I was driving 5mph under the speedlimit. I told him I was tired and just wanted to get home safe, then he pulled me out of my car and started picking it apart.
