I told him I was tired and just wanted to get home safe, then he pulled me out of my car and started picking it apart.

What the fuck? All of those are bullshit. I've never heard of most of those things being codes/laws here in the us. Cop sounds like a flake.

Stupid... certain areas are like that though, Rolling Ghettos enjoys giving exhaust tickets. The weird thing, is the North Shore where I live and all the old people eating boiled goose are, they don't care about loud exhausts, NEVER had any trouble with a cop over car modifications at all.
