How much work was involved in the auto/manual swap? It seems like all the E36's I see for sale are auto, so I was strongly thinking about a manual swap. PM me or post here if you don't mind.

for me it wasnt much work, but i had the whole car stripped down to a rear half shell on jack stands before it went all back together. everything as far as the bodys go is the same from auto to man, its just the bolt on stuff. its pretty straight forward as long as you have all the parts..
