    Deconstruction has begun!

Pulled the whole AC system out to start off, still have to remove the blower/box.

    Under Construction 001

    Under Construction 003

    Under Construction 002

Once that was done, I threw it up on the jack stands and started to tear the front end down.

    Under Construction 006

    Under Construction 007

It was a good run being static but i'm moving on to better things...

    Small Update:

Truck is all ready and set to bag so over the course of the next few weeks she will hopefully be laying frame on all four corners. Ill post pic's as usual. Hopefully mother nature is good since i'm forced to work on the side of my house in the elements.

Other interesting news, i have been going back and forth between what engine transplant i will be doing during this build and well, i guess ill leave a few picture's so you get an idea...

This weekend i am going to look at the actual engine / transmission so "Fingers Crossed"

If i cannot obtain the engine, i will still be hunting one down. The swap wont happen probably till next winter when i'm able to rent a garage out to work in.

(Not the ACTUAL ENGINE) Hopefully have real pics after this weekend if the sale goes well.

Indeed it is. The fabricator who built these discontinued them in like 2008. They are a very rare find anymore.

This weekend ill get it out in sunlight for better pictures. The overhang lights make the color darker then it really is.

Finally something can actually happen now! I got the CA powdercoated, ball-joints pressed and the bushings all pushed/sealed in.

Hopefully able to start stripping down the front end and maybe, just maybe the front will be bagged by the weekend. As long as mother nature is nice to me.

Final Round of powder coating is complete! It's show season soon and i can start tearing the truck apart more and making magic happen once weather is steady and now snowing.

Snugged up the compressors to the crossmember mount so see how the chrome/powder color would look and i am very pleased. Ill have to get direct sunlight pictures of the color.

Basically. They are longer than the stock CA so there is actually more clearance in the wheel wells turning radius wise. These CA also fix the horrible camber you get when you rock modded stock CA.
