  • VIPing an Infiniti M45...

Hello everybody name's Blanco & figured I'd do a build thread on here as well cuz u guys seem like a cool bunch & some ppl know their ish when it comes to technical stuff & I might hv a question or two ;-) Please understand that I'm building this car for myself not for you & that taste is subjective... One thing that I always try to do on boards is that I dont tell anobody on the innerwebs anything I wouldnt say to their face... so let's start with pix of the car completely stock. Thnx for looking...

Get rid of the wheels and that hideous grille. Buy coilovers and ditch the springs. I mean c'on, it has bose speakers in the seats, dont do that to such a beautiful car.

The front bumper fitment looks off but I can see a potential VIP car in the future.

M45 has some serious potential for VIP, but the direction your taking it is not going to get it.

Emblem less grill or stock grill > that thing.

To do it proper it needs coils or bags and some more VIP inspired wheel selection.

The bumper does look off and the color is really dark? maybe just the photo.

Good luck to you! love these cars.

Put the oem wheels back on and sell yours. Put the money towards a better set. And OE grille.

yeah man, these guys are giving some good recommendations, def go back to the OE grill, ditch the splash guards, and get a better, wider set of wheels and space them out. Check out some of the other VIP rides on here and get inspiration from them. Check out the Fluid Motor Union m45 its amazing

Thnx for reading & understanding man, the recommendations on here are pretty much spot on though & not disrespectul at all unlike in other places so that's great... Also guys, once again thnx for y'alls input and I want to let you know that when I started modding the car I was still debating wether I was going to go vip or not. If you really want to build a vip car it takes some $$$ & brainstorming, especially if you're really trying to set the car apart.

The new taillights look really cheap. Your taking this car in the wrong direction. If you swap parts out, swap them for quality pieces and not some cheap pep boys shit.
