What part of Maryland do you live in? I live right outside of Baltimore and drive in the city (try not to) with my Integra and I'm just as low as you are. I don't understand how your going through exhaust headers unless you just don't care to slow down when you approach certain road features such as dips, high center of lane with wheel ruts or your suspension is shot and you bottom out once you would have normally "cleared" said obstacle.

Granted, I drive like I'm drunk when I'm in the city weaving around while trying to avoid potholes (CRATERS), man hole covers and the such. With the occasional FAWK thrown in for missed bumps that I nail. I've even used it for work which requires me to go over speeds bumps just about every where and dragged the whole undercarriage over them going in and coming out. But I've been fortunate to not do that much carnage to my header. I know it's dented.

Looks like you shouldn't have any problems from here on out since it sits so close to the oil pan now. Clean car. I had a few black ones and sold my GSR a few months ago.
Yes there 0 offset i love the way the poke looks real aggressive once i get the suspension right with some camber and fender pulled more its gonna look good to me.
Well to be honest it could be a number of things considering im sitting on tokico struts and GC sleeves with unknow amount of miles on them (theyre kinda bouncy). It could be that or it could be the fact that my wife drives the car as a DD . Now the first few headers i went threw were to unseen over pass lips that ripped ! and the latest was simply cheap metal i believe. I live in waldorf, MD

    UPDATE

Okay so ive been really back and forth with getting rid of the car due to the fact im over hondas cause of the bad name they have and fact i miss turbo rwd (previous supra owner) and because ive gone threw headers like ive gone threw papers!

First i got a horrible exhaust leak otw to Bmore Import Alliance meet thought it was the flane to the test pipe booy was i wrong!!!

So i ordered a cheap replacement header not gonna go to #3 DC sport $300 header

Should of know that would lead to more work ..... header was to long for custom cat back so we started cuting and welding ...

So after about oooo idk 48hrs lls it happen alll over again so i said fuck it ill take a loss in power for more Gound clearance !!

But it wasnt gonna be easy smh .. alot more cutting and welding @!

Heres How much clearance now !!! BTW no worries oil pan is not my lowest point .... Thank god for radiator support
