Just removing a fraction of a MM from the wheel bore part to make for a perfect fitment in the mercedes wheels, just waiting on some longer studs from mercedes then the real work can begin
Gonna get some cheap tyres to put on my current wheels and put the Proxies on the merc rims

just a lil bit of an update, nothing serious yet..
    LED number plate bulb haha

    shiny shiny lip

Masked wheel out to paint inside bits same white as the car

I just couldnt get it masked perfect! and trust me i spent over 2hours doing one wheel, when i de-masked it it took some the paint with it ( hardly noticable untill your close but still..i knew they wouldn last and it would annoy everytime i saw them.
    So i painted stripped it

Next plan is to just paint the whole wheel the same as the roof but with the polished lip still, should look good a polished lip next to a dark colour
    Bought some of these

plan is to take a headlight apart and stick it inside lol, but well see how it goes...
my interior is having a retrim, black alcantara and white leather with white stiching
heres a pic of the sample i got lol, picking the dash up on the 27th ( crnt wait )

After i saw this golf at players 5.0 (youtube x5pea)

I just had to do something special with my interior....
    thats about it,
still waiting for my adapters till i can start doing serious work to the car, ( there here tommorrow 10/10/11) HOPEFULLY
    More to come soon

Bit of an update:: one wheel is nearly ready for painting and polishing, done 1500wet on the lip so far but just got some 2000 2500 3000 some autosol and a few metal polishing drill brush thingys so should hopefully have one finished next weekend..if all goes well at work tmro im gonna re-do my doors and bonnet and paint the insides brown..( after the wheel situation is all sorted il be putting a nice fresh lump under the bonnet and smoothing the bay :p
Best thing of all though is the tracking on my adapters says there in great britain ( only been waiting a month ) so excited about the then i can extend the rear archs to house these wheels perfectly
My goal is: to have it completed for the shows next year, so plenty of time to get the stance on and the engine done...

Leave it white!! I think too much brown would ruin it tbh, also a waste if you're going to smooth....I would do the mirror caps brown though

I really am liking this car, shame that UK insurance prevents us from having nicer cars like "proper" merc's else i'd be rolling in a BM right now :P

I love those older Clio 172/182 and they look so good when they are a bit track oriented

I´m interested how this one will turn out
