Hey everyone! Long time looker here, recently first time poster but still a noob no questions about that. I've been looking at builds and always thinking to myself there's no way my car will ever be comparable to others, but I told myself to save the money and make it happen. I have some old pics I'd like to post up before I come close to my finished project, besides we all love pics
The Car: Audi A4 B5 2.8L
Here's the car the day I got it

130k miles recently owned by a 30 year Audi mechanic for 5gs......what a steal
well the way I see it, I'm gonna be spending most my time in the car so I like to work my way inside>out
I didn't waste anytime and got to work
the before shots (how ugly imo)

ended up ripping all the interior/trim out to repaint and add some touch to it

here's just a few parts basically

The after shots (now its nice and cozy)

Installed a 8 inch touch screen monitor headunit...only pic i got lol

lots of redbulls for my long drives >.< ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------^
also did some work on the engine bay to clean it up.....like i said some not much just some repainting

here's a cute pic of my cat chillin while I wire my amps
had to add this pic sorry cat lover here

So basically that was all the interior work I did on my car when I first got it, now I live in Maryland atm but originally from Connecticut so on my long trips home i always did a little bit of work on my car. Here's a few months after and the next addition to the ride.
Restoration of the hot 16"s
before shot

yes i didn't bother taking off the tires to paint them.....index cards work just fine imo plus not worth the effort, had like 2 days to do this.
finished rims

yes my car is sitting on bags of salt, welcome to the Northeast lol
also went ahead and painted my calipers red

DAMN talk about stance eh!!!???!?!?!? yeah next investment some cheap springs while I save for coilovers
So all those pics were taking months ago and I've done lots of work to my car since just haven't taken as much pics unfortunately. Like i said I'm still a noob with cars, I'm more of an electronics guy not a mechanic but I'm learning and I must say its a lot of fun learning something new each time I read/post on Stanceworks forums even if get made fun of haha. Here's some recent pics of my car that I took while it was raining.....damn rain it won't stop but whatever free car wash for me.
Lets start with the interior again

ended up repainting and clear coating my trim making it look a lot nicer. Also for all you a4 b5 owners I bet you **** how you can't fit anything bigger then 4 inch speakers, well after literally 2 months (due to lack of time to work on my car) I custom installed 6 1/2 inch type x alpine speakers in the front and back of my car and rewired my whole car. Ended up ripping everything out of my car AGAIN. It was such a pain but if you only heard them, and yes there type X and were worth every penny.

replaced headunit because the touch screen was annoying as ****
here's another pic of the interior

also wired up some red led's to my subs so I got my very own club now
here's the front seats

and back seats

Tinted my taillights, not much but just perfect amount imo

Now before I show you my car and what it looks like now I'll just go ahead and tell you what I have done to it.
-Lowered it 2 inches......yes it is lowered compared to the first pic but not much
-Repainted rims because white was too hard to maintain and yes i love my car but i'm not gonna clean it every time I drive. Besides I think they look better now anyways
-Replaced rotors same time I replaced springs, I must say it was a ***** to do the springs and rotors with it being a New England car...damn salty nuts...I mean bolts
-Tinted windows, which now that I look at it I might take off or maybe just the driver/passenger windows. Idk I'd love some input on that
-Added some stickers (heard they add 15 horsepower to your ride)
here's my ride atm

Pedo beaR!!!

decent color on taillights, I took pic while it was raining tho so might look a bit darker
anyways there you guys have it, much work done to the Audi but LOTSSS!!! more to come. I know the first thing everyone is gonna say is drop that beast and that's where the good news comes in. I finally ordered my coilovers and they should be in next week however probably won't be able to put them on for another 2-3 weeks. i'll deff post more pics as the parts start to roll in. Soon after that some nice a8 fat fives to slap on.
here's just a few things off the top of my head I'm still looking to do to my car which some will probably be done this weekend and I'll make sure to take lots of pics for you guys
-take out yellow side markers in headlights (was planning on buying new ones but there just too sexy)
-lamin-x my fog lights yellow
-install hid's 5k and 3k for fogs
-coilovers
-and last but not least fat fives
Anyways I hope you all enjoy the post and I'll make sure to bring more to it as time goes on. Please let me know what you all think and I'm always open to suggestions/helpful pointers since I'm new.
and last but not least I wanna give a shot out to my buddy mike who got me into this stuff, without all his help and knowledge I'd be more then clueless. Still got much to learn but here's a pic of his ride so when he randomly comes across this post he'll see his own car haha
his 240 he recently got
