After having the car for 2 years and also being my first car, i decided it needed a bit of a tidy up. I was getting bored and seriously tempting to get rid of it. But you know how it goes  you kinda get attached to it and even though its not your dream car you just cant seem to let it go
Ive been into the 'Stance' and 'HellaFlush' movement for some time and decided it was time the Focus got some poke and stood her ground
First port of call was to a wheel centre. Just by chance i stumbled upon some very nice BBS RS reps on ebay of which their shop of only 10miles from me  (yes-****** are going to **** but i dont have £1000+ to spend on a of wheels at the moment) with close to the fitment i was looking for. Ideally i wanted 8.5j front and 9j/9.5j rear but i could only get them in 8.5j but il have to live with it.

Again, you know how it goes, you only go to 'view' them and potential other stock, and by the time you leave your bank account has taken a beating
Got them to a tyre centre and got them wrapped in 205/40 rubber (might go for 195/40 next time) and set off to get them fitted.
At this point i was really didnt know if they were going to fit, not heard or seen anyone run a 8.5j ET35 before on a focus, most have been lower offsets like 20-25. But to my surprise, perfect fit first time! (well-almost) No camber adjustments, nothing. Very light scrubbing at the front but nothing rolling the arches wont fix
I was just glad it was driveable  The car needs to be dropped another inch or so front and back so its time to start cutting springs as the coilovers are as low as they can go
P.S - the car needs a clean and needs a proper camera but you get the idea so far.

Card fitment anyone?

Now comes the list of things to come
.Wheels need painting, the face will be going white, but i dont know if i want to keep the dish as it is or have it another colour
.Front and rears will be spaced out by a little bit (probably another inch on the rear) with hubcentric spacers, dial-in some more camber and pull the arches out a tad for better clearance and for a more flush wheel-to-arch transition 8-)
.Dropping the car another inch or so (chopping coils)
.New bumpers are next up, great deal from a friend
.Door strips removed and smoothed along with a few other little bits n bobs
.Full body repsray in Frozen White (MK2 Focus RS white) (mine is diamond white, which looks creamy compared. And its not down to ageing or needing a mop)
.New lights front and back (dont worry - no lexus lights here  )
After that its bits like Focus RS brake calipers, interior and then engine but thats a while off yet
