BMW E36 1995 Daytona Violett

I bought this car last saturday.
The plan is to take the engine from my other e36 (M50B25), restore it, and swap it into this car.

This is originally a 318is model, the motor went bad.
Now there is a 2.0L motor in it, not sure if its M52/M50. But i need a engine computer (ECU) for it, it must be from Siemens with the number MS40.1, if anyone has it let me know

Im located in faroe Island /wave.
Ive got a siemens dme for the 2.0 m50.
Take a picture of the Engine and i can identify if is a m50 or m52.

Tho i dont know if Your car is a obd2 or a obd1, if its a obd1 there is no problem.

Did a little research and it looks Like only the m50 came with Siemens. So mine should plug right in, Tho it also depends if your engine has vanos or not. Canterbury remember if my dme is vanos or not. Ill check it out and reply back

Bought these exhaust monifold a long time ago M50/M52
Ordered original leatherwallet for the service history.
Went to the dealership yesterday and bought OEM M3 front lip

Regarding the ECU, i was banned from the l2c forum until the 1st of Sepember, so i had forgotten to check out if i had one of these ECU in storage, but i will get right on it tonight
