    and the current spring set up

    had to modify an inner tie rod to get the alignment squared away

    was filled with weld after i snapped the pick

    ordered 1 meter rod to replace the measly 1.5 inch inch studs that are on the hotchkis camber plates

    go to work early. cut some rod on the ban saw

    this is how long they are;

    mind you, this is what they were when I got them;

    lol kinda crazy, im made them too long, my fault, I'll cut them down once they are inside the car with a cut off wheel. no biggie.

    here it is all welded;

    plug welded on the back side. and welded on the other side;

    and this is how it looked with some larger hex bolts used as spacers;

    again, it wont be that tall. cutting it down much shorter later on.

    the only thing I have left is to drill out a piece that goes on the spring, drilling it to allow the shock shaft to go inside of it, instead of just on top where its thread;

    and, old vs new;

    back to the inverted ends, had to modify them

    instead of drilling out my shock arm for the tie rods. I took them to the lathe to remove the tapered end in the bolt. weakening it slightly, but the bolts will be hardened after modification is complete. (aka, make sure they fit in the shock arm)

    before and afters;

    on the lathe;

    inner tie rods are on with the new bracket.

    old bracket vs new one. very beneficial;

    on the the car;

    I can only get up to knuckle in the middle of your finger under the frame

    went back to my old set up
