good work bro....cant wait the finish product....but for my 2 cento if u just cut the headers n weld the plate with it ,how bout the flow....supost the 4 cilyders need the same flow right....

If you noticed how I welded the two runners together from the inside...
once we cut the plate to fit..and welded it up... the bottom runners... become one big runner. so its like..a 4-3-1 header.
Theres about a 1in gap between the plate welded to the bottom and the welds on the inside of the header.

Well the header modification seem to be a waste of time..
I got my car back from being buffed today and took it straight home. After dropping it on the works i look under my car to find the back end of the headers and the part where they meet resting nicely on the ground. Not just resting on the ground literally digging into the pavement. My garage has chunks dug out of it where i attempted to drive it
Luckily I managed to track down a stock header locally which i will be picking up Saturday then getting the exhaust redone either Saturday or Monday. Other than the that the car looks gorgeous!! I just wasn't about to let this cheap ass header prevent me from going to IA.
On a better note here is my done up headliner

i recommend a ebay 4-2-1, i have an ok amount of clearance. your problem is the exact reason why i didnt order a 4-1 lol i knew it wouldnt clearneed honda/acura parts? great prices and owns clubcivic.com
