But then the "IS" badge in Europe is different.. E30 318is had like 20-30hp more than the regular 318, same for the e36 318 is, sport seats, suspension etc..

yes. you know why? the pre 91 318i had the shitty m10 motor and the 1991 318i/318is has the dohc m42. e30 318's are no different no matter where you are.

its either an m10 car from 84-85 or the 91 318is.

as far as there being a difference in the 318is with the updated body style, ive never heard of that, and im interested as to where you get the info.....

You can also get a 318i Sedan though... all 91s are not 318iS coupes.
