I'm pretty sure those brackets go on the sides of the lip. I got the same style of lip and same brackets. I'll take some pictures for you tomorrow.

I rreally like how low n wide it sits..but the best thing is that you leave out those stupid jmd style interior sticker bomb, domo plush toys, halloween masks and whatnot
