  • daily beast 90cs

    picked up a 95 90cs 12v v6 5speed quattro while I fix the 200 and v8 the coupe.

put 2k miles on it in 2 weeks, seems super solid. been up to 100, dragged a car on pavement to spin it around, ditch crawled, put new radio in, and lots of 93oct.

not bad for 232k....kinda want mudflaps and some sort of front mounted hella's

i dig the two tone in and out...like a panda

haha...need to fix/sell the 200. debating on running a layover wire harness to hopefully fix the no spark/cps issue. also thinking on swapping over to a urs4 harness/ecu and do coil on plug then sell. having to buy the 90cs and fixing the 200 put a damper on my summer fun spending

237k been a good 5k miles so far. solid 25mpg highway @65-80mph 4-6hr drives round trip for work. Always 93oct. Has a part/full throttle hesitation intermittently. Motor feels like its stumbling. Only one incident so far. Drivers tie rod pulled itself out of the inner bushing while parking the car on the downward hill with the steering locked all the way left. Soon as I went in to reverse the tie rod popped. 30min in the parking lot and all was fixed. Noticed the throttle body all funked up..could be my hesitation issue. I am sure I am missing a bracket over top of the inner tie rods to prevent this indecent....then 3 miles later I ran out of gas..... need to fix that tank sensor...

                  today...
i ran out of fuels....wasnt paying attention to miles driven while on the phone then again rolling 200mi@80-90mph does not help with predicted mpg's...

                  then the starter died...

no more copper between solenoid and motor

                  new 12v, old 12v, 30v

should be good for anther 200k

Sport suspension won't get you low. Do B5 coilovers work on a B4?
