the best stuff is by 3m, scotchprint 1080... a little expensive, about 60 bucks a yard x60 in wide.Originally posted by hinrichs View Postlove it...is the woodgrain the really cheap stuff you can get at hardware stores? if so any secrets to wrapping with it? ive used it tons of times with bad results
the Home depot stuff wont last long with sun exposure and cold due to expansion and contraction.

Yes indeed, it's the cheap stuff. Our budget was very very small with this van.Originally posted by hinrichs View Postlove it...is the woodgrain the really cheap stuff you can get at hardware stores? if so any secrets to wrapping with it? ive used it tons of times with bad results
Correct, but patience is the importance part, not heat. We used degreaser to get the paint good and clean before applying it. One of the most important parts is figuring out a strategy for the not-so-flat portions. Several places had to be redone after the maiden voyage, but it's holding up surprisingly well.Originally posted by Francois Dillinger View Postmy guess....heat and patience.

Love it. That is seriously awesome.Originally posted by johnrocsThis video was take 1 of shock-less cruising funtime outside the shop. A bit faster of a roll by and more extreme bouncing action (and more vinyl).
