Absolutely not, ambers will be staying on the car, I love them. If I were to ever change them they'd be for LED clears, and even then I'd have to think about it, I really do like ambers.

Yeah I meant LED Ambers when I said that last part. Looking at it today, I really think I will have ambers no matter what I do.


So weird issue popped up today, all of the doors except the driver's door, won't unlock, I've heard hot weather causes this, but the car sat for a long time tonight and the doors are still locked, and they won't open from inside or outside, any ideas?

It's not like the VWs where you have to press the 'unlock' button twice to open all doors is it? Does the boot release button work?

Nah I figured it out, apparently its a common problem when it gets hot out it does that.

I debadged the rear today, and put in the ZHP shift knob.

How do you manage that kinda mileage, I've never done that in a month let alone a week.

It isn't linked to that problem of adjusting a tiny screw in the doors when the handle doesn't work or something, that 9 times out of 10 you end up losing the screw and then can't open the door at all without removing the door card which is a challenge with the door locked shut.

ive done close to that with just regular driving/ commuting.. i used to commute to work 80+ miles a day, then drive down to san diego (350 miles round trip including in town travel), so it was like 750...

this one time we did a trip from socal to near the top of montana, we hammered out like 1230 miles in 21 hours. then we drove back like a week later, we literally put like 3000 miles on my friends truck. and his truck didnt have cruise control.
