Damn man! that was some sweet footage! what all was done to the 3tc? turbo? or ITBs? or high compression? i was thinking about a push rod v6 out of a chevy or something like the 4.3. 250 ish HP stock should be plenty for me hahaha. and yeah man i was in Tulsa 2 weeks ago. The car scene up that way is better than here in OKC. OKC has a decent scene now though, but tulsa is better.

I was just in Tulsa, and ive been up that way before. Ive seen a lot of killer rides up that way. Also, Tulsa is a business city, more money=more mods haha. IDK i just think the scene is better that way. Also, craigslist is better in Tulsa than in OKC. But this way is getting better. Im getting silver ones. The black wouldn't mix too well with the blue paint in my opinion. The silver ones look sweet though. I almost went with chrome, but i ended up liking silver better.

There is a small scene here in the St. Louis area but im old and i dont know all the "hip" spots to go see the cars. The 3tc was a itb and high comp. I think it was making about 170ish. Ever thought of looking at seing if a ka24 out of a nissan truck would fit? I hear you on the GM vortec. I had a sonoma with a 4.3 headers, chip and flowmasters dumping out of 3 inch turn downs..every one swore it was a v8. Whats teh weight of the little wagon? I cant think it would be alot. Have you measred to see if a 22r out of a toy truck would fit? Tons of aftermarket, plentiful and cheap to find. Just some food for thought.

The wagon weighs upwords of 32-3300 pounds i believe? i am unsure. I have thought of the 22r, but id really like to see a v6 pushrod motor from GM (seeing as how GM dominates the pushrod engine scene). I also thought of a 302 or a 350, but ford would be easier (distributor up front), but a lot more people do v8s than the v6s. The bassetts run $63 a piece for 15x8 with a 0 offset! thats dirt cheap! i paid 150 total for 2 wheels with 45 degree lug nuts for both. They weigh 15lb a piece i believe.

None of the above, Grant's AE71 had a 4A-GE then. Big entry speed, bigger commitment is how you do it.

                              He has a 4A-GZE now.

I would do a hot 3T-C, electronic ignition, decent cam, twin mikunis or webers, OBX header and a good aftermarket AE86 exhaust...about it.

Well thats what I want to do with my liftback...although I don't have ANYTHING like the access to cheap 3T-C hot up parts you have in the ol US of A. That, some AGX based coilovers and the 13x8/13X9.5J volk mesh I have on the water
