My E28 M518 Turbo and E34 Dailydriver

In this thread you will be able to read and see pictures of my car(s) and ongoing projects & restorations.

In this first post I will update an overview of cars I have or I've had.

My alpinweiss E28 518i, who has gone through a engine swap to M30B35

Here on cut springs in front, and adjustable yellow koni rear,
and M-Countour rims 8,5 and 10x17 with 205.40.17 and 225.45.17.
Interior is black and grey leather recaro sports seats, blach dashboard, m-tec steering wheel, m5 lip, m5 trunk wing, m5 exhaust, shadowline taillights.

Here on lovley coast view in Norway

And here some pic of my daily driver, bought it in the start of week, did not appere orginally for so many hours before som minor adjustments to get it the look i wanted..

Like this same day as I picked it up on the local car dealer..
Paid about 9 000NOK, (1 639USD, 1 156EUR)
116000 Miles, 1994 model, followed service up to date, zero rust, and no remarks on the vehicle control, 2 owners (old men) and now me





My friend (H_Vatn) bougt a same car few days before me


His Car with MY rims.. So I had to use my black steel rims..


And here some days later, black lights, new rims, the ride high istn't been thoutched yet..

I'm still not satisfied with my ride hight.. And the stretch on the tires is not optimal..

Now some update of my e28.. Some welding have 1.st priority, before anything else..

[]dark inside carpet (now blue)

[]4-point saftety harness

I'm sure forgetting something, but this is my overview so far !

Drove the car to my friends work, washed whole car, under, inside the wheel arches and so on!

Nice and clean WHITE engineroom

Guess what I found, I dont know what it is in english, but building foam? And levelling compound and silver tape!

Result.. Ofc a layer of levelling compound to smooth the surface


Replaced the small flip at the trunk, as all know, this is a weakness and I will say all e28 get rust here.. :p Not a good camera view but..
