Bit of a wee update

Made a custom place for the tank and battery(witch was then scraped as did really want the battery next to tank so got a small racing one to go behind the passenger and going to put my tool bag there instead!)

All so made a staintless steel spotlight bracket, and trail fitted my front massive lip,

..........

Started of the front rad conversion first off cut out a bigger hole of the front grill.

I got a custom rad made up for the car also using two Bike fans.

Got loads of ally and started making the ducting for the rad

Made the surrports for the fans

Some swearing and tons of hours later this was made

Made these for the pipes to pass though.

Then started to work out the pipe work and all fitted my fan controller

Started routing the pipes

Then started to fit the pipes inside of the car

But diced this pipe was to small. 22mm, so went to wickes and got some 28mm

Also got loads of braided fuel line for the car.

Made this ally box for the cut off switch

I moved the coil into the car ( blue wires for the remote water pump switch)

Made a rail for the releys for the front of the car.

Made these to strap the spare wheel down

Made a bracket for the washer bottle

Wheel in the front

Front finished with
