ish, I'm pretty lucky. I do put standard wheels on but other than exhaust/decat/emissions it's all good.

As someone who loves audio but is too poor to really afford anything over Polk stuff, it's so cool that a big part of the UK scene is amazingly done Hi-Fi setups.

Thanks again for the nice comments, to think I haven't updated since 2015.. I've still got the car, and still loving it.. gives me a great feeling whenever I jump in it.

I've made a few changes this year, it's all happening pretty slowly and I've missed all shows in mine this year, which I've enjoyed to be honest.. just hopping in with friends has been nice. I'm planning to get everything ready for next year's show season.

I've stripped the audio build back as needed to access the battery due to an the airbag module failing & run an external tank drain, whilst I was in there I decided to retrim the amp build panels myself in silver & grey alcantaras to remove previous mounting holes and remove and marks from getting them in & out.. all panels were filled/sanded and retrimmed it was minor but it was something that bugged me. Whilst I was in there, I ordered brand new amp casings from Mosconi to again remove a couple of blemishes, so all good as new again.

All lighting in the rear was changed to white, the entire amp floor was rebuilt to make it slightly wider & add more depth to add some edge lighting onto the panel which I absolutely love, feel it sets it all off a little more, front doorcard lighting was also changed & the tank was trimmed with a hardline added.

I upgraded to Airlift 3P at the same time, no reason really but was offered a good price for the management so couldn't really turn it down.. the controller was built into the ashtray lid which retracts back into the dash to allow access to the ashtray/12v & OBD port... the bluetooth on the 3P is so handy at times.

Here's a couple of random photos of the car just to throw in rather than just interior shots.

And the part I'm most excited about, I've started building the BBS RS's, they're 16" plugged & redrilled to 4x100.

I had a couple of issues with clearance with the faces not clearing the brakes at all on the front, I dropped the faces with a bloke around the corner from me who stuck them on his lathe, had quite a bit milled off the back with a lot of trial & error until they cleared, just... it's MM clearance but it clears.

So with that hurdle, I did a quick little measure as wanted to build something a little wider & really sort out the fitment... so, dishes were ordered, they're still making me nervous as they're wide, I think wider than anyone's done on a Lupo before.. well, apart from one but that's another story as it isn't my style.

RS's. by Ross Mullins, on Flickr

The rears work out to be 10" (bead to bead) so about 11" actual width & fronts at 9" (bead to bead).

I did a quick test fit with the dishes and yeah, it's gonna be a struggle but I've gone too far now.

That's not fully air'd out all round, so will sit arch between tyre & lip, at least that's the plan. I've since added more camber to the rear to bring it in too.

    But yeah, it's wide.

I've ran with it & had the wheels finished, I haven't really skimped on these at all & gone all out.

    - Radinox Dishes all round.
    - Plugged/redrilled & machined back.
    - Stainless Gold Bolts & valves.
    - 24kt Gold Plated HEX nuts.

Just started building them in my spare time, I'm not rushing as have a feeling they won't just bolt on & work.. as what ever does.

And whilst I've been sorting wheels, I had the car down at edge automotive for trimming. The front doorcards/tweeter pods/dash/gearknob/gaitor/handbrake/centre section & all plastics trimmed in alcantara.

for anyone interested in keeping upto date, my instagram is @kentgti

    thanks again x

And with the BBS, I actually love them & the colour, never really shows in photos as it does in the flesh but I do need to sort the fitment out 100%.. I don't know what to do, if I build the fronts wider my drive height will have to be higher which will suck.. I drive it as low as I can.. or alternatively build the 16" RS's in the same colour.. just wider.
