not a bad idea, but do you think that would still flow with the chrome wheels/grill and chrome emblems though?

Ah, didn't look at the wheels. Depends on what the wheels look like, but if the emblem and grill stay chrome then I would stick to chrome sides. Unless you make everything like a matte chrome or something like that

The C43 is a great car, and I miss it. but it served me well for 2.5 years and your right, if I didn't sell it, I couldn't have fun with another classic benz that I've always dreamed of owning
