How come you ditches the awesome dragon decal on the side, that made the car for me.

Serious though, I love the colour of those steels, great transformation so far.

Love what you did to the headlights.

Great work on rescuing this car. Not sure about the hood, though.

Thanks guys, it's really great to see most opinions are so high for this car. It's mine, so I tend to be nitpicky, and see all kinds of things still wrong, which is one of the reasons I didn't join here for a while. Figured my car didn't qualify lol.

          Maybe it does.

Could definitely run some stretch on those tires. They're a little too beefy for my liking but I love the direction the car is going in!

I agree with the stretch, but remember they're 13x8's. Not too many sizes around, and the 215/50/13's I'm running, are discontinued. There's less than 100 left in existence, and I've got 8 of them.

Does anyone know where to find the "It's Gon' Scrape" sticker with the news anchor from Family guy? I've seen it a few times, and am trying to find it.

That's neat. Sorry for the dumb question, but is the hood ally, if not have you lacquered it or something. Or is it so dry where you are it'll never corode?

Yeah, it's bare aluminum, polished up. It needs more work, and has only been polished with rubbing compound. One of these days I'll do it with an actual aluminum polish

Looks awesome, the only thing I would do personally is smaller tires.

sik! this has got to be one of the best budget build ive seen. i love how you polished the hood, and generally regained this cars dignity from what it previously was... lol. what brand are those headlights, and where can i get me some? they look way better than oem.

True, I didn't even think of the wheel size! Are those anodized aluminum or a chrome steel?

Chrome steel. And yeah, it was some work tracking down those tires.
